Pocket is an app that lets you save pages on your computer or smartphone. so that you can read later, at home or work – even without an internet connection.

This demonstration video was prepared to share in a workshop on Getting Started with Personal Curation.  It demonstrates how to save a resource from the internet to Pocket (1) by copying and pasting the url (2) by using a desktop browser extension.  The demonstration has been recorded on Google Chrome on a Mac computer.

You can visit the Pocket website or view Getting Started with Pocket resources for more information.
